day fifty-two - 6.10.09

dinner: sesame ginger tofu with apple, zucchini and green beans over rice. did you know that freezing tofu drastically alters its texture. it's awesome!

  1. it makes the tofu chewier and it holds sauces, etc. better. if you're bbq'ing tofu, it's best to freeze it first. or so i've read: http://vegandad.blogspot.com/2009/05/ultimate-bbq-tofu.html
