day eighty-one - 7.09.09

wizard rock: ben and i had a great time at the wizard rock concert at the library. this is the drummer/saxophonist from the remis lupins. as my friend, becky so accurately said, he is a real dreamboat.

brinner: we had breakfast for dinner - my favorite! i made tofu scramble and chocolate waffles topped with fresh strawberries.

dress: with the warm weather we've been having lately, my dresses are getting a lot of wear this summer.

day seventy-eight - 7.06.09

soymilk: we made our first batch of homemade soymilk! the taste is different from the commercially produced stuff, so it will take some getting used to. i don't ever just drink a glass of soymilk though and i can't tell the difference when i eat my cereal. i can't wait to try making tofu!
